Miss Dunn's Kindergarten Class
Welcome Kindergarten Families! My name is Becky Dunn and I have been teaching kindergarten at Emerson Elementary since 2015. I am originally from Papillion, Nebraska but since finishing my schooling, I have called Kearney my home. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, coaching softball, and soaking up as much sun as I can at the lake. I want to thank you all in advance for your understanding and support as we navigate through the year, and I am so looking forward to meeting and working with your child.
In this classroom, we will provide students with safe and fun learning opportunities that will allow them to grow into a well rounded student. We will work together to learn foundational learning skills, establish our fine and gross motor skills, as well as become familiar with techniques to establish the understanding of our social and emotional needs. Although we are coming in as individuals, we will always work on being kind to one another and growing as a whole.
